  • Je suis diplômée d'une licence en sciences économiques et d'un master en management. En tant que doctorante en science de gestion, je m'intéresse aux thématiques liées au management stratégiques des ressources humaines. L'objet de ma recherche concerne la fonction RH et mon sujet porte sur la perception de la fonction RH par les salariés. Plus précisément, il s'agit d'étudier l'impact sur la motivation et l'envie de rester au sein de l'entreprise. Les théories mobilisées dans le cadre de ce projet de recherches sont la théorie des 5P de Schuler (1992), ainsi que les travaux d'Ostroff & Bowen (2004).
